MSC CRUISES REVEALS SPECTACULAR ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMME COMING TO MSC WORLD ASIA

Geneva, Switzerland - 7 October 2026 - MSC Cruises today unveiled the lineup of spectacular entertainment offerings for its newest World Class ship, MSC World Asia, when she begins sailing the Mediterranean from 4 December 2026.

The new flagship will feature six theatrical production shows across the line's signature entertainment venues, including three new shows in the World Theatre and a brand-new live music spectacular in Panorama Lounge.

As the third ship in the line's World Class series, which celebrates the beauty of the world's continents and oceans, reflecting the global nature of MSC Cruises, MSC World Asia will feature subtle design elements that reflect Asia's rich culture, art and landscapes.

The ship will feature 13 brand new experiences and reimagined spaces compared with MSC Cruises' first World Class ship, MSC World Europa.

With entertainment experiences spanning multiple venues including the World Theatre, Panorama Lounge, Luna Park, The Harbour and the new Clubhouse, guests can look forward to more entertainment offerings than ever before.

Live music will be a defining feature aboard MSC World Asia, with 33 musicians performing daily across multiple venues throughout the ship. From strolling musicians and exceptional solo artists to outstanding live bands and MSC Cruises' popular duelling pianos experience, guests will enjoy a diverse programme of live entertainment from day to night.

With the recent launch of MSC Creative Studios, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to entertainment development and training in Edinburgh, Scotland, MSC Cruises is committed to delivering world-class experiences to its guests.

The centrepiece of MSC Cruises' award-winning entertainment offering, the World Theatre delivers spectacular stage shows every evening. Shows offered on MSC World Asia will include:

La NoTte: Produced in partnership with Only Child - a creative powerhouse specialising in music, fashion, live theatre and film - this show invites guests to walk into La NoTte, a residence frozen in time, where lovers and misfits drift through memories of a night that refuses to fade. Through music, dance and cinematic spectacle, the night awakens and every corner reveals something unexpected.
  • NEW! Sensoria: Produced by award-winning creative and production company, tbi "The Big Idea," guests will step into an extraordinary theatrical journey where the senses take centre stage. Sight, sound, touch, taste and smell come alive as music, movement and cirque artistry transform the stage into a joyful world of living sensation.
  • NEW! Ritmo Divino: Produced in partnership with 2 Creative Entertainment, Ritmo Divino fuses the passion of Flamenco with an edgy, modern interpretation of traditional Spanish folklore. It's a story of a young Flamenco Dancer and a fearless Matador in a love affair destined for tragedy.
  • Hall of Fame: By popular demand, MSC Cruises will introduce its signature show "Hall of Fame" to the Mediterranean. This ultimate live concert experience delivers the energy of live music award shows and iconic pop moments, honouring generational artists who have left their mark on the music industry.

PANORAMA LOUNGE

The Panorama Lounge will come alive with captivating shows including:

  • NEW! Sunset Symphonic: This original, fully orchestrated live music spectacular will reimagine iconic pop and dance anthems on an epic scale. Blending the cinematic power of a recorded orchestra featuring dozens of world-class musicians with electrifying live singers and musicians alongside high-energy choreography and extraordinary aerial performances, the show transforms instantly recognisable tracks into a fusion of symphonic sound, contemporary performance and euphoric dance music.
  • Queen Symphonic: A guest favourite, this symphonic spectacular celebrates the greatest hits of Queen, brought to life by an exclusively filmed 36-piece symphonic orchestra, alongside a live rock band, powerhouse vocalists, dancers and acrobats. Epic, theatrical and visually spectacular, this is Queen's legendary music reimagined on a breathtaking scale, combining the power of a rock concert with the grandeur of a full symphonic experience.

From 4 December 2026, MSC World Asia will offer seven-night sailings to some of the Mediterranean's most sought-after destinations including Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia for Rome, Messina, and Valletta.
